About Us

Puget Sound Investors LLC is a private brokerage dedicated to real estate secured commercial and investment loans in the greater Puget Sound region. We have provided a funding source for transactions ranging in size from $50,000 to $2,000,000.

Our services include the following:

• Loan origination for all property types, including raw land and unique properties

• Purchase of existing loans

• Assistance with distressed loans and portfolios

Puget Sound Investors LLC recognizes that each loan presents unique circumstances and therefore places importance on creativity and efficiency. We strive to provide a funding source for borrowers whose needs fall just outside of typical bank lending criteria. As a private brokerage, we can be more flexible and responsive than many conventional lenders.

Our loans are placed with an ever-increasing array of investors, including pension funds, institutions and individuals.

Puget Sound Investors LLC is able to respond quickly to funding requests. Typically, our loans can be processed and funded two weeks from the time of application. We can usually respond with a "yes" or "no" within a few days from the time of application. We receive referrals from many sources including Bankers, Lawyers, Realtors, Accountants, Financial Advisors, and from former borrowers.

David began with the company in 2010 after several years with a national events marketing agency. David's responsibilities include the review and analysis of loan requests along with marketing and business development. David graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Western Washington University.
