Puget Sound Investors LLC is a boutique, family-owned and operated private lender dedicated to real estate secured residential and commercial investment loans in Washington State. We have provided a funding source for transactions ranging in size from $50,000 to $3,500,000.

Loan origination for all property types, including land development, new construction, remodels, bridge loans and unique properties

Puget Sound Investors LLC recognizes that each loan presents unique circumstances and therefore places importance on creativity and efficiency. We strive to provide a funding source for borrowers whose needs fall just outside of typical bank lending criteria. As a boutique private brokerage, we can be faster, more creative, and more flexible than conventional lenders.
Our loans are placed with an ever-increasing array of investors, including pension funds, institutions and individuals.
Puget Sound Investors LLC is able to respond quickly to funding requests. Typically, our loans can be processed and funded two weeks from the time of application. We can usually respond with a "yes" or "no" within a few days from the time of application. We receive referrals from many sources including Mortgage Brokers, Bankers, Lawyers, Realtors, Accountants, Financial Advisors, and from former borrowers.

David began with the company in 2010 after several years with a national events marketing agency. David's responsibilities include the review and analysis of loan requests along with marketing and business development. David graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Western Washington University.

Kyle graduated with a degree in Finance and Economics from Western Washington University.
