In our nearly twenty years in the private lending industry we have found that the success of Puget Sound Investors relies heavily on the companies with which we choose to do business. The following links will take you to a few we have grown to trust and recommend.

	Trust Accounting Center: We have worked closely with Trust Accounting Center over the years to handle contract collection services for many of our loans. We have the highest confidence in TAC.
	Guardian Northwest Title and Escrow: We consistently work with several escrow agencies across the state of Washington. One agency with which we have developed a strong relationship in our many years of business is Guardian Northwest Title and Escrow.
	Sterling Trust: We have a number of investors who fund Real Estate Loans through their self-directed Individual Retirement Accounts. Such an investment requires an IRA Custodian that will allow accounts to invest in secured real estate loans. We have worked closely for years with Sterling Trust Company that does allow such investments.
