We are able to respond quickly to loan requests. By utilizing a streamlined and hands-on approach to our due diligence process, our loans can typically be processed and funded within a few weeks from the time of application. Generally, we can provide borrowers with a “yes” or “no” within a few days from the time of application.

At Puget Sound Investors LLC, we manage the underwriting and due diligence process in-house. This allows us to provide transparency to the borrower from start to finish. After funding, Puget Sound Investors LLC will remain your primary point of contact until payoff.
